This service includes:
- 30-minute in-person visit
- Review of history and physical assessment
- Referral to primary care or specialist if needed
Conditions Treated: cough/croup, congestion, sinus infections, seasonal allergies, ear infections, strep throat, pink eye, fever, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, constipation, urinary tract infection, minor allergic reactions, minor rashes, diaper rash/yeast infection, thrush, skin infections, foreign body removal from nose and ears, minor lacerations, nursemaid elbow

Rapid RSV Test – $20
Rapid Strep Test – $15
Rapid Flu Test – $20
Rapid COVID-19 Test – $25
Rapid Urinalysis Test – $10
Nebulizer Treatment –$25
Skin Glue/adhesive – $50
Medications On-Hand – pricing varies
Additional Family Members – $50 per person, added on to initial visit fee
